Captain Tom Blue is a 50GT USCG master with 30+ years of boating experience.  He has sailed the New England Coast including Cape Cod, Buzzards Bay and the Islands; from Provincetown to Nova Scotia; Lake Champlain, VT; The British Virgin Islands and Florida's Gulf Coast.  He has enriched his knowledge of boating and sailing with courses from the US Power Squadron, International Sailing School and the United States Coast Guard.
